Features
of the Design Studio
Graphical
Web-Based Workflow Designer
Designers create workflow applications that
fit the uniqueness of their business. This allows you to:
- Create simple or complex multi-layered business process.
- Easy to use drag and drop interface. Apply business rules to a workflow using WAFFL (See below)
- Determine within the workflow when a task should appear in your Task List.

- Interweave processes so reaching a stage in one workflow completes or initiates a stage in a different
workflow.
- Create workflow instances based on information
that resides in legacy systems.
- Create add-on widgets to do almost anything.
- Create workflows that spawn sub-workflow. These workflows then wait until the sub-workflows have completed before completing the larger workflows
- Create web services to exchange information over the internet.
Web-Based
Form Builder
Designers use the form builder to:
- Create customised web forms and database structures within minutes.
- Easy to use drag and drop interface.
- Design forms by answering simple questions such as:
- What question text will you display to the user and
- How are you going to answer it (i.e.text box, radio buttons, rich text areas).
- Configure the behaviour of questions and answers using WAFFL (See below), thus ensuring all your
data is validated before the workflow proceeds.
- Add in approval routes for an individual question or an entire web-form.
- Link forms to data in Legacy systems.
- Copy, paste and re-use pre-built web-forms and questions.
- Create forms that capture hierarchical information.
