Web and Flo offers free support for businesses using the leased option plan. Support blocks may also be purchased.



Web and Flo offers you a range of support services for the creation of workflow applications. 

Some of the usual support requests are:

  • Assistance with downloading and/or installing latest versions or patches
  • Renewing Licence Keys
  • Adding more users to a workflow
  • Troubleshooting problems/errors
  • General product queries

Existing Customers or Resellers

Please select the most appropriate avenue for your support needs.

  1. The Help Website, search for help on a certain Web and Flo feature or problem.
  2. The Support Website, log a request for an engineer to respond to, either by e-mail or phone within 3 hours.
  3. View the User Manual.
  4. View the Workflow Support Centre.
  5. E-mail your questions to support@webandflo.com.
  6. Call the Web and Flo Pty Ltd Support Line on
    +61 3 9616 6250 (Hours of Operation: Monday- Friday, 8am - 6pm AEST).

Alternatively, download the latest version of the Help Database to run on your Web and Flo Server.
