CALENDAR MANAGEMENT

 

OVERVIEW

§         The Calendar displays two types of information

o        Static dates and links to Tasks with set Due dates

 

SETTING UP INFORMATION TO DISPLAY IN THE CALENDAR

§         Items appear in the Calendar if the ‘Add to Calendar’ option was ticked for that particular question.

§         In the following example:

 

 

§         A static event is shown on the 12th of December and a link to a task is shown on the 16th December

§         The static event is informational and shows the user no further information

§         In order to have created this event there is a workflow with a Date question, a Type question and a Description question where the Calendar option has been ticked

§         The link shows that there is one task in the AMA Quote Booking workflow available on this date

§         If the end user clicks on the link it will show the Task List, displaying all tasks in this workflow that are due on this date

§         If the end user mouses over the link they will see a display of all the Questions in this workflow that have the Calendar option ticked

§         In this case these are the Booking, Client, Artist Quoted, Artist Selected, Confirmation and Venue
